During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was only a few minutes' walk from the beach and local attractions. the hotel also provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, perfect for the holiday season. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, making my stay hassle, free. the hotel's facilities were modern and up, to, date, including a spacious room and a well, equipped gym.
The cleanliness of the hotel room was below average. the room was not cleaned regularly, and the towels were only changed every other day, which was inconvenient.

Views from the balcony. If you don't want to go far from the hotel, try A Taste of Thailand, which is 600 ft away...

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered in Pattaya. They were charming, welcoming, and funny, making my experience truly enjoyable. I even got the opportunity to use their motorbike for free when I needed it. The wifi was excellent, and the TV had Australia Plus channel, which was a great bonus. The location was quite good, with easy accessibility to cheap and authentic Thai food, as well as convenient options for transportation like the baht bus and taxis. The hotel was also just a 5-minute walk away from Beach Road, which was perfect for exploring the beach and being close to the city center. the staff, wifi, location, and facilities made my stay truly outstanding.
Nothing to fault, everything was perfect!

This budget guesthouse offers a great location, just a 5, minute walk to the beach road. It is conveniently close to everything, including the beach and nearby streets with street food stands and souvenir shops. the rooms are quite big and spacious, providing all necessary facilities like air, conditioning, a fridge, and a private bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, accommodating requests like room cleaning and re, checking in. it offers good value for money.
The surrounding area can be noisy at night, with nearby massage shops and pubs playing music until sunrise.

We spent our New Year at this hotel and it was a great value for our money. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean with helpful amenities, such as air conditioning and a fridge. We appreciated the hotel's key location, making it easy to access various modes of transportation and authentic Thai food. One of the best aspects was the outdoor seating area, perfect for people-watching and enjoying the bustling atmosphere.
One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of natural light in our room. the noise level from nearby clubs was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times.
